Typically government agencies have treated planning as a complicated domain for experts who then ‘sell’ solutions to communities affected by these development plans.  We understand that sustainable community development is a highly complex domain with interactions between the needs of diverse business & society, purpose & strategy, culture & behaviours, and governance & regulation.  In such complex domains we approach community development through highly participatory approaches and capability building.
