Team and board performance

Teams are a critical part of any organisation and their behaviour has a profound impact on both the culture and the behaviours in an organisation; and vice versa.  In turn team performance can have a significant contribution to the achievement of both strategy and operational goals at all levels in an organisation from supervisory board though to the front line operating units.
