We supported the board of a global non-profit with the transition of trustees, and the development of a strategic agenda and governance structure .
The newly appointed CEO had a major challenge in bringing back organizational stability after a longer period of turmoil. We supported the board to develop a strategic agenda, to review the governance structure.
Through a series of interviews and board workshops we identified all sensitivities surrounding the necessary changes. Based on these outcomes we designed a practical plan of approach taking into the need to stabilize the organisation for the long term. Together with the senior executives we revisited their mission and vision and developed a 5 year strategic agenda. We then developed board profiles and governance structure necessary to support the delivery of that strategic agenda.
