We helped our client to identify opportunities to drive sustainable and systemic change in the world’s cacao industry.
Through many different ventures and initiatives our client, a social entrepreneur, had been successful in promoting high quality, sustainable and fairer distribution of income throughout the chocolate supply chain. Based on this success they wanted to review options to drive systemic change in cacao industry whilst building a financially solid organisation.
Through a series of executive workshops we defined their purpose, intent and ambitions and started to unveil the key personal and business drivers that led to today’s success. We used these outcomes to start developing potential scenarios for the future and an implementation strategy that would lead to significant and systemic impact.
Our intervention led to a consolidation of activities and an actionable strategy going forward.
