For the board of a healthcare organisation we evaluated options and developed profiles for the expansion of their executive team by looking at future challenges and existing capabilities.
Due to the rapid growth of a national healthcare organisation, the executive team needed expansion.
Through strategic planning sessions we helped the board and the executive team to map out the most important challenges of their future growth strategy. Through team diagnostics and interviews we categorized existing strengths and capabilities. These efforts resulted in a clear vacancy gap. We then discussed the various options to fill these gaps and how that would influence the governance structure. Based on these outcomes we developed profiles for new team members.
Based on these profiles, the organisation was able to successfully expand their executive team in a way that supports their future growth challenges.
